Project description:
Major Oil & Gas companies with assets in the North Sea gathered under the national Dutch platform for re-use and decommissioning (Nextstep) to pursue the common goal of decommissioning over 40 conductors spread out among multiple blocks. Oceaneering was allocated with the contract. The whole project will consist of 4 phases. For the first 2 phases (involving survey, cleaning, preparation and inspection) Oceaneering has in turn hired Bluestream as its collaborator to develop the required procedures and perform the operations.
OI’s scope of work:
Bluestream has contracted OI to provide project engineering support on the procedures development, P&ID and deck layout drafting, and mob/demob plans; as well as offshore project engineering during operations.
