Project description:
Energean Oil and Gas is developing the deep water Karish gas-condensate fields, located in the eastern Mediterranean, approximately 75km offshore Israel in 1750m water depth. The development plan uses an FPSO to process the reservoir fluids and deliver sales gas and light oil/condensate to the required specifications.
OI’s scope of work:
- Support TechnipFMC with regards to designing special pipe shoes to withstand reactions higher than allowable by the standard shoes.
- Hand-calculations and Ansys FEA according DNV/ASME codes.
