Hybrid and flexible working
At Offshore Independents, with full-time employment, you will work at least two days a week in the office. The rest of the days are up to you. Whether you prefer to work from home or on location. We strive for a healthy Work-Life balance for you.
Versatility in projects
As an independent engineering firm, we advise and support our clients with a wide variety of complex offshore projects. Because of our independence, we are able to help many different clients. Through your work at Offshore Independents, you will come into contact with all these different clients and develop a broad perspective and extensive experience. Together with you, we look at possible projects and training courses and how they fit in with your development ambitions.
In no time you will feel at home

Gaining practical experience
Knowledge and experience are two of the most important aspects of our profession. We believe it is important for everyone to gain practical experience during export, on an installation ship or in the fabrication yard. This link between theory and practice is indispensable and this is also what we are known for worldwide.
