LEKKER BOATS SUPERSTRUCTURE ANALYSIS

Project description:

Lekker 45 and Lekker 38 are two 45-foot and 38-foot respectively high-performance aluminium vessels from Lekker Boats. The vessels are built with a robust, lightweight aluminium frame to withstand high dynamic marine loads. The vessels feature a T-top roof structure with an aerodynamic design to enhance efficiency and minimize drag.

OI’s scope of work:

Offshore Independents has been contracted by R2G to perform a structural analysis on the T-top roof superstructure of the Lekker 38 and Lekker 45 vessels to withstand dynamic accelerations in translational directions.
