Project description:
The current Orion development produces gas reserves from a Normally Unattended Installation (NUI) located in 21 m water depth and ties back via a 42.5 km 14” export pipeline. An oil discovery in the field was appraised by Kistos in August 2021. To make the development of oil reserves economical, oil production is planned to be spiked into the current 14” gas export pipeline increasing multiphase flow conditions.
