Decommissioning and preservation or removal of three pipelines:
- 20” Helder – OTA Tankfarm Amsterdam
- 10” Q1 Hoorn A – Helder A
- 10” P9 Horizon A – Helder A
OI’s scope of work:
Carry out a critical review of the technical scope for the cleaning of the Horizon-Helder and Hoorn – Helder Pipelines:
- Review the company pipeline cleaning method statements and the contractors proposal
- Carry out a series of clarification interviews
- Evaluate cleaning plans against industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Report findings and recommendations
