Project description:
On request of Boskalis, ARC developed a two year Young Engineering Professional (YEP) Program. The YEP program consists of 20% education and coaching/mentoring by ARC and 80% working at Boskalis on offshore wind projects. The program contained several evaluation moments and after successful completion after 2 years, Boskalis will offer our YEP a fix contract.
