Sproule conducted technical due diligence on four offshore CCS projects prior to their acquisition by an undisclosed client. The projects were located in various regions around the world and included onshore and offshore pipelines, compressor stations, gathering hubs, and offshore platforms.
OI’s scope of work:
OI performed due diligence on the project, focusing on the schedule and the accuracy of CAPEX and OPEX, as the end customer wished to verify the financial model against asset values described in over 300 documents. OI applied a structured approach to identify the most valuable sources of information and performed targeted analyses on the most influential asset components.
