Project description:
Jeonnam Offshore Wind Farm is developed by JOWP (CIP and SK E&P), the first Korean large-scale commercial offshore wind project consists of 10WTG locations with an output power of 99 MW. JN1 is at approximately 8 km away from shore. HESI is the Tier 1 contractor for FOU supply and T&I for the project.
- OI’s scope of work:
OI has provided a Lead Engineer based in South Korea, who has supported the project with following activities: - Advise on installation procedures, installation equipment, engineering scopes & methods
- Advise on contractual discussions with JOWP
- Provide technical expertise on ground risks and mitigation solutions
- Manage subcontractors
