Project description:

Bluestream contracted OI to perform Rigging, Clearance and Lifting Analysis of a 2-part J-tube for a n existing platform.

OI’s scope of work:

• Develop StadPro model to statically check the members in the Bluestream designed rigging.
• Carry out clearance and clash checks for the proposed pull-in winch location
• Carry out dynamic analysis of the upper and lower J-tube sections including steps:
• Above seabed,
• Upending
• Load transfer
• Winch pull-in
• DAF validation against applied DNV DAFs used in static rigging checks.
