CVOW Analyses check

Project description:

The Virginia Electric and Power Company, doing business as Dominion Energy, is developing the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind – Commercial Project (CVOW-C), an offshore wind energy project rated at approximately 2,640 MW located some 43 – 67 km off the coast of Virginia.

OI’s scope of work:

Cable Installation Analyses have been performed by the OrcaFlex department within DEME Offshore. The project team did not believe the results were correct/adequate and therefore requested Offshore Independents for a second opinion on the results. Offshore Independents performed additional checks to check the viability of the results obtained from the original analyses.
