Arcadis Ost - Project engineer onshore and offshore

DEME Offshore

Project description:
Arcadis Ost 1 is a 257 MW offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea owned by Parkwind Ost GmbH which has been constructed by DEME in 2022. Corrosion protection of each foundation is foreseen via an ICCP system (Impressed Current Cathodic Protection). The system consists of an upper and lower anode cage which are connected with cables through an aperture to inside the MP. After commissioning of the wind farm it was found on several locations that the CPS of the ICCP cables were disengaged and/or damaged.

OI’s scope of work:
Provide project engineering support offshore. Inspect and rectify the ICCP cables for each location. Report as found and as left condition.
