De Goede Ree (DGR) becomes the new owner of Offshore Engineering company Offshore Independents

On the first of January 2022, Maritime Investment company “De Goede Ree (DGR)” reached an agreement on the acquisition of offshore engineering company “Offshore Independents” and its subsidiary, “ARC Sustainable Energy Solutions”. As part of the DGR Group, “Offshore Independents” will continue to deliver its high quality engineering services and can further expand its growth ambitions for engineering to its clients in the Offshore Renewables and Oil & Gas sector.
Offshore Independents is committed to deliver its key engineering competencies to its clients, such as cable & pipeline installation, trenching & protection, shore approaches, floating & fixed structure analysis, geotechnical & seabed intervention, vessel modifications & inspection, decommissioning and project engineering. After twelve years of growth, founders Dirk Rook and Peter Spaargaren are proud to hand over a solid and performing company to the DGR Group.
